The season of fall is here, and that can mean only one thing. Fall fashion is here, and the season of sweaters and boots is upon us. I have lived in Ohio for 22 years, and we have a glamorous fall season, so I cannot wait to put cute outfits together. As I pull out the leggings, sweaters and boots, the campus is my runway, and I am ready to strut campus.
Taking inspiration from Louis Vuitton fall 2016 ready-to-wear collection, I took a different turn on this, and I love what Louis did with the color blue by blending it with other colors such as green, white and black. I also stuck to the same theme along with the color blue and added in a pair of wedges to show I am ready for fashion week.
Bold colors can always be a way to go, and that is how I went about with this outfit. I wanted to make a statement. I achieved this by adding in a cute brown bag and nude wedges. They all go together perfectly.
My outfit consists of a mock-neck sheath dress from New York & Company and a brown purse and nude wedges to dress this look up. They really make the blue stand out.
Like Taylor Swift said, “We never go out of style,” and bold colors never will, so it does not even have to be blue. It can be any bold color—and trust me babes, you will stand out. There is nothing better than making statements with fashion.
