STYLE GURU STYLE: Denim Friday

Fendi’s runway show this spring was the real thing. Every garment was perfect and the style was on point. One of my favorite looks in this collection was the denim look, pants and a shirt from denim. It’s one of those things that looks like it isn’t going to go well together but then the mismatching is what makes it so perfect. The blue denim color that comes in different shades and tones is a part of our summer, like the complete sky.

In this runway, the look is combined from denim fabric and loose pants and a denim top with a jean jacket sewn to the shirt. I went with the skinny jeans style and a wider peplum shirt, all made with denim, of course. At the beginning, I had trouble with this trend. I don’t really like matching like that because I always feel like it looked weird together. However, I grew into it, and now it’s one of my favorite trends. I didn’t use the exact same jeans shade, but I did use the same tone. My skinny jeans are a bit darker from my top. The rips in my jeans go along with the ends of the shirt. To make it even more summery and to give it the vacation vibes everyone wants to feel in the summer, I put on a straw hat. For the last touch and to feel like you’re on a beach vacation, I was holding a boho-chic clutch.

Get My Look: 1. Jeans. 2. Shirt. 3. Sandals.
