Fashion week is one of the best weeks of of the whole year. This is the week when you can see what’s new for the upcoming season and be on top of all the new trends. J.Crew’s fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection was the icing on the cake for all of Fashion Week. This collection was different from the rest because of the type of clothing this designer brought to the table. All of the looks had a business casual look to them but with a twist. All of the looks had something special to them, like a different accessory or a different kind of print. This J.Crew look inspired me to create my own.

In my look, I went with a business casual outfit with a slight twist. I made the outfit bolder by wearing printed pants. The print on my pants is formally known as windowpane. This print makes the outfit stand out and gives it more of a unique look. I paired the pants with a plain black shirt, Tory Burch ballet flats and simple jewelry. The jewelry had to be simple because of how bold the print was on my pants. This outfit would be perfect for an interview, work or a school presentation.

For a warmer look for these cold winter days, you can try pairing this outfit with a simple sweater or jacket. Dressing business casual can really help you in the real world, and having an outfit like this in your closet can be perfect for any business occasion.

Get My Look: 1. Patterned pants 2. Black T-shirt 3. Black ballet flats.
