STYLE GURU STYLE: Bold And Fun

Moschino is known for vibrant, playful collections. In the fall 2015 collection, models were seen in bright quilted coats, graffitied dresses and more. There was a bit of an ’80s and ’90s vibe to it. It’s a really fun and playful collection.

When fall comes around, not only do the skies get gloomier but so do our closets. We tend to focus more on darker and dull colors like wine red, army green and 50 shades of gray. I try to not become a victim to that.

When I found this yellow coat, it was love at first sight. Not only did the color attract me, but when I found out it was a windbreaker, I knew it had to be mine. Whenever I wear it, I feel like a sun ray on a gloomy day. I definitely stood out of a crowd wearing it so I made sure the rest of my look was simple. The classic white T-shirt and jeans is what I went with. I have a love/hate relationship with the white shoes I wore since they go with any outfit but are so hard to keep clean. I also added my little black satchel to my outfit . I like taking off the cross-body strap and holding it by the handles. I feel it gives an outfit a feeling of sophistication.

I get excited just thinking about other outfits I can wear this coat with. I might have to make another post about it.
