I have a confession—I’m addicted to lace. My lace obsession began two years ago when I first started college and nothing has been the same ever since. I am so intrigued by this fabric because it can have so many different looks. Sometimes lace is sexy, other times it’s girly and flirty, but no matter what it’s always classic. I firmly believe that a woman can never look too feminine or too classy, so lace is always a go-to for me. It’s the perfect way to look pretty with a touch a fun and energy.
This lace shirt is from a small boutique in my hometown. It features unique sleeves that tie into bows (another major obsession of mine). I paired the shirt with a pair of white Michael Kors skinny jeans, nude pumps and a pink kate spade handbag. My accessories are a Michael Kors watch, Anne Klein bracelet and nail ring. I enjoy wearing one main statement piece while keeping the rest of the outfit simple, so I used an elaborate shirt and chose simple pieces for the rest of my look. Sure, a bright pink bag might not be simple, but there is absolutely never a wrong time to add a touch of pink to an outfit.
