Hello all college Fashionistas/os! My name is Tana Roslan, and I am a junior at the Marist College. I am studying Business and Marketing, and I am minoring in Pre-Law studies. This is my first time writing for CollegeFashionista, and I am excited to show my passion for the world of fashion!
I am from Long Beach, New York, which is a beach community on Long Island. I love it here, and always get casual, beachy style inspiration from all the residents and tourists. Living here has helped me devolve and find my individual style in so many ways.
While going to Marist last year, I was inspired to check out the Silver Needle fashion show, which showcases Marist students work throughout the year. That day I got inspired to become more involved in the fashion world at my college, and now I can’t wait to part of the growing community of CollegeFashionista.
In this outfit, I wanted to combine comfy with cute. By wearing a sweater I can stay warm, but the neckline gives it added character and style. My jeans are unique yellow, which brings a pop of color into the outfit. Also, my black boots really tie everything together, and make this a great outfit inspiration for a cool winter day.
This semester, I will be writing on all the different trends going on at my campus. I am so excited to show everyone how the fashion world displays itself in everyday outfits around my school!
