Hi! My name is Samantha, but most people just call me Sam. I am currently a design and merchandising major at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in New York, I have always been interested in fashion and the latest trends. I like to think that everyday is a new opportunity to express yourself.
Most people would describe my personal style as “edgy-bohemian.” I tend to wear a lot of dark colors and basics, which I like to pair fashionable accessories with. I never leave my house without a pair of sunnies, some accent jewelry or a cross-body bag. Sometimes I like to believe that my outfit affects how I am feeling that day. Whether it’s hanging out in the city or a lazy Sunday, I always try to dress cute and stay trendy. My go-to outfit definitely includes a pair of black jeans because they are always easy to pair with. This season, I have been wearing a lot of sweaters and flannels.
Some of my favorite style celebrities include Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. There is always something about their hair, makeup or clothes that stand out to me. I like to spend my free time going through their social media accounts and looking at their outfits from various events. I also love reading through magazines such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and ELLE to keep updated.
Besides fashion, I love to travel and explore new places. I am planning to study abroad and travel throughout Europe this summer with my friends. I love making memories and experiencing new things in different places.
