Hello beautiful Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Natalie Hoelzel and I am the Style Guru for Youngstown State University. I am starting my junior year this fall studying Journalism and Marketing. I enjoy writing, reading, exercise, and binge coffee drinking. I have high hopes of taking my Journalism degree to the fashion industry. This is my first semester interning for CollegeFashionista, and I could not be more excited to show everyone what I’ve got. I hope to do nothing but inspire my readers.
I love to look and feel my best, but more than that, I love helping others do the same. Confidence is key. Fashion is not for everyone, but style is. I believe in expressing who you are by what you wear and how you wear it. My goal this semester is to bring New York fashion to Youngstown: the style, the taste and the creativity.
Summer is a great time of year; it is also dress season. A great shoe for almost any summer dress is a nude wedge with killer vintage bracelets. Jewelry always brings an outfit together, whether its bold earings, simple bracelets, or killer rings.
But if we are grunging down? High waisted shorts rule the world. Pair them with a simple tee or crop top.
