STYLE GURU BIO: Molly Glass

Hi, my name is Molly Glass and I’m from Westchester, New York, a thirty minute train ride from New York City. I’m a sophomore at Boston University, majoring in psychology with a minor in business administration. I love shopping, going to Soul Cycle and going out to dinner.

Alongside Mixology Clothing Company where I work during the summer and on school breaks, some of my favorite places to shop are Aritizia, the Reformation and Bloomingdale’s. I’m always looking for new stores and websites to shop at. Besides my love for fashion, in my free time I enjoy singing, playing guitar and piano. Also, I enjoy going to concerts, photography, learning how to cook, eating healthy and working out.

I’m excited to start writing for CollegeFashionista and share my take on the latest trends from the magazines and my campus. My fashion philosophy is dress for your personality and lifestyle. I believe this leads to feeling the most confident in your clothes. Finding my personal style has made a big impact on how I carry myself. Whether at work or with my friends, I love helping people find the right outfit for an every day or special occasion.

Accessories go a long way when putting together an outfit. My favorite accessories include: simple layered necklaces, bralettes, handbags and outerwear. On a typical day, my outfits go from athleisure, high-waisted jeans and a graphic tee to a sweater dress, tights and boots. Fall tends to be my favorite season because I love boots, scarves and suede. My latest obsessions include curling my hair, adidas superstars, Alessia Cara’s album and Kylie Jenner’s makeup tutorials.
