STYLE GURU BIO: Madison Morrow

Hello fashion lovers! I am so excited to begin my journey as a Style Guru this semester. As a new year is upon us, a lot of us are creating our new year’s resolutions or goals for the upcoming year. My fall semester was filled with stress, papers and all sorts of new experiences. I lost myself in school work and was unable to focus on the things I love the most. My goal for the upcoming year, and for my time with CollegeFashionista, is to spend more time developing myself and doing things I love. With that, I think it is the perfect time to start my internship with CollegeFashionista!

As customary with this internship, I’d love to introduce myself to the CollegeFashionista world. I am currently a second-year student at Arizona State University studying marketing. I have a deep love for all things visual, whether it’s fashion, art, architecture or photography. From a young age, I have always known I wanted to dedicate my life to design. At Arizona State University, I’m the president of the Business of Fashion club on campus. BOF is dedicated to educating members on the business fundamentals of the fashion industry, and every spring we plan and execute a fashion show! Last year, my first year as a member of the club, we put tireless effort toward a show and ended up with over 200 guests from ASU and the local fashion industry! I am so excited to share that with you this semester as well.

As for my outfit, I chose something more casual for my bio as it is something you would see me in on any given day! My jacket is a super comfortable and oversized version of a bomber jacket. It’s a look I’m super into lately! I have on my go-to jeans from 7 For All Mankind along with super cute heeled ankle boots. This was my look for a coffee and museum date – casual but still stylish and fun!

I cannot wait to share my experiences with you throughout the semester! I’m looking forward to a #RAD time with all of the awe-inspiring Style Gurus!
