Hey Fashionistas/os! My name is Lyka Horbach. I have an associates in Art and am currently studying psychology at COC (College of the Canyons). I was born in the Philippines, moved to Germany when I was three. Then it was Switzerland at the age of five and finally the U.S. at the age of 12. Im an only child to the best parents in the world. My mother is from the Philippines and my father from Germany, which makes me half Filipino, half German. I love watching movies, eating out and traveling. I have been traveling since I can remember and that has inspired me a lot when it comes to fashion. My favorite places to visit in Europe are France and Italy—these will always be my top two places to travel.
I love the classic, sophisticated, red lip Parisian style, the fun, cute, and simple style of Korean style and the laid back bohemian style L.A. has to offer. I think that fashion is all about the moment. I am a sucker for comfy clothes, a white V-neck T-shirt, skinny jeans and a cute pair of sandals. However I do love prints, especially floral prints. They give the casual laid back look that I rock a little more of a feminine vibe. I also love printed shorts with my white T-shirt for the hot summer days. I am also a skincare and makeup addict. I love a clean and healthy base and bright fuchsia or red lipstick. I love the Sex and the City movies and the fashion. If I could dress like Carrie Bradshaw every day, I would.
