STYLE GURU BIO: Leah Wesolaski

Hello my Fashionista/os! My name is Leah Wesolaski, and I’m an MBA student at the University of New Hampshire. During my undergrad years, I was the fashion blogger for the UNH Her Campus branch. After an amazing two years with that team – I decided to go a bit bigger. This is my first semester as a Style Guru, and I’m so excited to showcase the fashion around my campus!

My style is just about anything. Overall, I’m a lover of black and white. But on a normal day you can find me in anything from a bohemian print, to a color-block dress, to black leather leggings and a simple top. I love coats, fur, booties and try to keep a classic look in mind on a day-to-day basis. I pride myself on wearing just about anything and never hesitating to stand out in a crowd.

A few fun facts about myself … my nails are as long as Kylie Jenner’s (please let me be you). My body may be here physically but my mind is in Europe – always. I have a sick love for hats and lipstick. Blair Waldorf is my spirit animal. You can find me drinking hot beverages almost year round. And my favorite food is pizza. But really don’t get me started – how good is pizza? (Why do calories still exist? It’s 2015.)

Anyways – back to business. I grew up loving fashion. I was the girl reading Vogue under her desk in high school trying to soak up as much as I could about the business. After a few years of small-time modeling, about three packed closets of clothes and four months walking the (very chic) streets of Florence, Italy… it’s safe to say there’s no turning back for me. I am undoubtedly the girl walking the streets of New Hampshire pretending I’m at Paris Fashion Week – which leads to my dilemma. I’ve found countless times that there is little to no opportunity for fashion in New Hampshire, but there are so many who love it. For this reason, I pushed to become a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. I’m dying to find the boho, mod, grunge and all-around fashion lovers of New Hampshire. I’d love nothing more than to show you off to the world. Come to me – my lens is waiting for you!
