Hey, Style Gurus! Welcome to my feed! I’m Lauren, and I’m a junior majoring Film and Media Studies at Arizona State University! I’m super excited to be a part of the CollegeFashionista Style Guru team!
I started my college career at Quinnipiac University, where I spent two years studying Public Relations. I had some really great times with some really great people, but I always knew I was a West Coast girl at heart; so I packed up my things and moved to sunny (and ridiculously hot) Arizona! I love everything Arizona has to offer, from the Southwestern food, amazing hiking trails and the fact that it is high-waisted shorts, and crop top season all year long!
When I’m not in class or exploring my new environment, you can find me at Sunglass Hut. I’ve been working there a little over a month now and absolutely love it! It’s such a great gig, hanging around luxury sunglasses all day. What more could a girl ask for? The dress code calls for all-black, white and gray, which happens to be the heart and soul of my personal style color palette. Black, white, gray and denim are a girl’s best friends in my book! Featured above, you can see me wearing a loose, sheer white crop top from Aritzia, a really old pair of distressed boyfriend jeans from Hollister Co., Sam Edelman black gladiator sandals and some black oversized Prada sunnies (which happen to be my first “work” purchase)!
Between the new school, new job and amazing new internship opportunity, all I can think is “It’s all happening!” I can’t wait to meet some of you Style Gurus out there and to see what this fall season will bring!
