Hello, lovelies! My name is Lauren, but feel free to call me Lo. I am a sophomore at James Madison University, majoring in Media Arts and Design. More specifically, my concentration is Integrated Advertising and Corporate Communication. My dream job would be to work for a fashion magazine or a fashion PR company. Just imagine Whitney Port’s jobs in The Hills and The City—that would be the ultimate dream.
I’ve always had a visual eye. They say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, but the cover highly influences my decision whether to read the book or not. I don’t think there are many people who could look at pantone colors and different fonts for hours, but that’s me. My biggest creative love of all, though, is fashion. Your style can say so much about the person you are and the person you aspire to be. It can express your mood, your personality and so much more. I would say that my style is very girly with a little bit of edge. I love small details like lace and embellishments. You can most likely find me wearing pastels in some sort every season. Gold is my go-to when it comes to jewelry and accessories. Lastly, like every girly girl, I can’t help but love the color pink.
