Hello all! Kyley here!
My name is Kyley Hagan. This year I will continue studying journalism while working to obtain a minor in public relations at The University of Florida in Gainesville. I’m spending summer 2016 as a Style Guru and working with TEDxUF as a Social Media Intern for their talk in the spring of 2017! Writing has always fueled my passion in pursuing my dreams. I discovered magazine journalism and Sex in the City and it felt like I had finally arrived home. I believe it is my responsibility as millennial to use social media to my advantage in spreading positivity throughout the world. Ultimately I’m a girly-girl that has the secret heart of a tom boy. I’m a firm believer in dresses with pockets, high-waisted bikinis, Chuck Taylors and wearing any shade of matte lipstick that stays on well and wears wildly. I spend most of my time reading whatever book is placed into my hands, idolizing Carrie Bradshaw and pretending I’ll be living in New York a lot sooner than I actually will be. I’d love to write for Cosmopolitan one day, as traveling the world and empowering women enough to feel confident about the way they look is what I see myself doing. My goal in working for CollegeFashionista is to leave all that visit my page with a feeling of knowing how to dress for any occasion without having to leave their own closet and looking beautiful while they do it.
