Hi everyone! My name is Jane Claire Kimbrough and I am a Junior at the University of Tennessee! Currently, I am studying Marketing in the Haslam College of Business. Additionally, I am pursing a minor in Retail Consumer Science. When I’m not hanging out with my friends, or in class, I love to binge watch Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix and online shop. I may or may not be slightly addicted to Shopbop and Revolve. I consider myself a creative individual, one that has always loved fashion, as well as writing. Style is more to me than just the clothes on my back. It is an expression of who I am.
My sense of style is most definitely a reflection of my personality. I absolutely love the 1960s and ’70s and I enjoy incorporating vintage inspired pieces into my wardrobe. I like to link current trends with classic fashions to achieve a fun and unique look. My closet consists of everything from the timeless little black dress to floral, fringe, leather, lace, pumps and platforms. My favorite accessory is sunglasses. I don’t discriminate; I love them all and I firmly believe that you can never have too many pairs! Currently, my favorite sunglasses brand is Gentle Monster. In my look, I am wearing a pair of Gentle Monster Absente 01 Gold sunglasses with blue reflective lenses.
My absolute favorite time of year for fashion is in the fall! I adore wearing boots, skinny jeans and cozy sweaters. However, nothing quite beats a casual dress. Dresses are my favorite type of clothing simply because they are easy. All you have to do is throw one on and you’re good to go for the day!
I love simple gold jewelry and extremely high heels. I have also recently become obsessed with fringe! I love it on everything; jewelry, purses, jackets, you name it! However, I think my style must-have is a great pair of nude pumps.
