Hi! My name is Hannah Spears and I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I’ve always loved clothes and shopping, but never really picked up fashion as a “hobby” until earlier this year when I incorporated it with writing, another hobby I love. This summer, I’ll have a great opportunity to gain more experience in the fashion industry, as I will be an intern for the design company AREA NYC.
A little bit more about me: I am from New York City and plan to live there after college. In the meantime, I’m (hoping to) study Strategic Communication through the Journalism School at Wisconsin. My go-to for outfits include dark colors and a baggy fit. The items in my closet that I cherish the most are my studded combat boots and my leather jacket. I admittedly am almost always wearing these items, as you will see in the photos below. I have a twin sister who I do everything with, and an obsession with concerts and music festivals. I love to travel, and thanks to my awesome dad who took me, the photos featured on this week’s post were taken in Stockholm, Sweden. (Thanks, dad!)
I’m super excited to be a Style Guru this summer, and hope everyone enjoys reading my posts as I do making them. While I am pumped about the opportunity to showcase my personal style this summer, I am much more looking forward to showing off my friends and their own awesome, unique style.
