Hello everyone! My name is Hannah DeSmit. I am currently a junior at Kent State University, located in the beautiful city of Kent, Ohio. I am majoring in fashion merchandising with a minor in marketing. I have loved every minute of going to the Kent State Fashion School, where I have learned so many new things and met some amazing people that share my passion. From a young age I have always been interested in photography and fashion. I can remember drawing sketches in my notebook and stealing my brother’s camera to take pictures of random objects around the house. Now that I am older, my love for photography and fashion has grown and become stronger. I am excited to share my interests with all of you and learn new things along the way!
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, playing with my three dogs, being outdoors and shopping, of course! In the future I would really love to travel the world. My dream travel destination would be somewhere like Paris or Italy. Both of these places have a strong fashion presence, which would be so surreal to see in person.
One word I would use to describe my personal style would be trendy. Throughout the years I have tried to keep up with the latest trends. One day I will be sporty and the next day I will dress bohemian. Lately, I’ve been loving the look of a simple T-shirt dress along with a stylish pair of tennis shoes, as shown in the pictures above. I think this look is really cute but also super comfy. I like to finish off this look with some dainty jewelry and a fun bag.
