Hello everyone and welcome to my Style Guru Bio! I am excited to say that this is my first semester with CollegeFashionista. I am a junior at Central Michigan University studying fashion merchandising. I love fashion because of the way it can make someone feel. Clothing and style has such an impact on the way we view ourselves, and I think it’s really awesome to see the confidence boost that comes along with a cute outfit!
So now let me give you a glimpse of my own personal style! My style is pretty trendy and girly. I try to follow trends (only the one’s I like, of course). I love crop tops, booties and anything pink (it’s my favorite color)! I love adding scarves to any outfit and my favorite pair of over-the-knee boots. Another staple piece that I love to incorporate into any outfit is my motorcycle leather jacket! Sometimes I even like to veer away from my normal look and wear some street style-inspired pieces with trendy sneakers and a baseball T-shirt.
In these photos, I am wearing my favorite pink faux fur jacket from Topshop, an off-white long sleeved crop top and some light wash blue jeans from Hollister Co. I completed this look with my chunky, fun knitted pink and gray hat and some cute lace-up taupe booties from Kohls!
