STYLE GURU BIO: Christina D’Ambrosio

Hey Fashionista/os! My name is Christina D’Ambrosio and this semester marks my fifth semester as a Style Guru (crazy, right?) and I could not be more excited to be back. Along with writing regular posts as a Style Guru, this semester I am taking on a new challenge. As an in-office marketing intern at CFHQ in Manhattan, I will be more involved with CollegeFashionista than ever. I am thrilled to be working alongside such powerhouse ladies to help make this semester CollegeFashionista’s best one yet.

A little more about myself: I will wear just about anything that comes in black, I love athleisure way more than I should, and my style icons are constantly changing. Currently, I’m obsessing over Bella Hadid and Chiara Ferragni. Though very different, I love how both of these ladies aren’t afraid to stand out. Whether it’s Bella stepping out in retro pieces no one ever would have thought to bring back or Chiara shining bright in vibrant faux fur and graphic sneakers, neither is shy when it comes to personal style. Going into 2017, I am striving to make more of an effort to incorporate personal flair in the outfits I wear and urge my fellow Fashionista/os to do the same.

If you have been reading my posts, you know that last semester I studied abroad in London. Surrounded by awesome street style, London taught me so many new styling tricks that I’m excited to test out on the New York City streets. I am also looking forward to seeing what my fellow Fashionista/os have been getting up to on campus at Fordham and sharing their styles with all of you.

Here’s to making this semester our best yet!
