Hello, my fashion family! My name is Cassie Andoh and I am studying women and gender studies. I was a Style Guru in Spring 2016 but I took a break for a semester. I’m back for this semester and very excited about how this company has grown in the time I’ve been away.
I’ve always loved fashion and constantly upgrading my style. The past year I’ve grown in my writing style, started a blog, joined some ambassador programs, and became a contributing author for The Odyssey. There’s been a big turn in being a writer for me in the past year, so I can’t wait to share my articles with all of you.
Fashion has been a part of my life since I was a kid. My mom would always dress me up in little puffy dresses. I honestly loved them and still do. Getting dressed up has been what I’ve done since I was a baby. When someone asks me to go out, I will always dress up and look nice, even when it seems casual to me. There are times when I do dress casual, but even when I do, I still have to look nice and cute.
For my outfit in this article, I chose one of my casual looks for a change. I love this look, especially for this season, because it goes with the holiday and winter season. I chose a burgundy leotard, high-waisted denim jeans, a black choker, and combat boots for this shoot. I’m all about high-waisted jeans, and I always try and wear combat boots with any outfit that I can. I just recently got into leotard tops and chokers and now I can’t put together an outfit with at least one of these items.
