STYLE GURU BIO: Camryn Seignious

Hi everyone! My name is Camryn and I’m extremely excited to start my internship with CollegeFashionista! I’m a sophomore at Bradley University and I’m majoring in Social Media Marketing. I am originally from San Diego, California and decided to pack up my life and move 2,500 miles across the country to attend Bradley University! I hope to some day work in the fashion industry for kate spade and grow my passion for the company. I have always been interested in fashion even when I was a little girl.  You could always find me playing dress up games or designing my own clothes when I was kid.  Over the years my love for fashion has grown immensely.

My style tends to incorporate current fashion trends in a simplistic way. This outfit is inspired by my love of rompers; they are extremely versatile and make for an easy yet stylish outfit which is extremely important for being a college student. With school starting up again in the fall, this romper will definitely be a go to since, with a few simple changes, it can be worn for almost any occasion.   Switching from flats to strappy wedges and adding a simple boho necklace and bralette make the outfit perfect for a night out.

I love being able to incorporate my laid back California style with popular new trends while still making it my own and this romper allows me to do that. Not only is the romper beyond comfortable it can also be dressed down for class or dressed up for a night out.  This print offers a perfect classy boho look that is easy to put together.  Add a floppy hat for a chic look for going to the races or graduation. Rompers are both practical and stylish and the perfect alternative to a sundress. The relaxed fit of this romper allows me to stay cool while still giving me a figure.  The fabric of the romper is key to dressing up or down.  Lighter fabrics are perfect for going to the beach and can be worn over your swimsuit.  Thicker, structured fabrics are the way to go when dressing up the piece.  The versatility of this romper is why it is a staple in my wardrobe.
