Hello Fashionistas! My name is Ashley Sondon. I am a student by day, and a blogger by night. I was born and raised in sunny Miami, Florida. I decided to stay home for college, so I am attending Florida International University with a major in communications with a track in public relations. I am so honored and happy to be chosen as a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. Since I was a little girl with oversized bows in her head, I have loved fashion. My style is classy, unique, and simplistic. I love taking a basic look and adding a pop of color, or taking jeans and simple white tee and making a statement out of it. Fashion is a major part of who I am. When you walk into a room, the first thing a person sees is what you are wearing; that is their first impression of you. I believe that fashion is not about the clothes you wear, but how you wear them. In some way, our style defines us as individuals.
Based on that belief I began my own fashion and lifestyle blog in 2014, called It’s a PAshion. That is when my two loves, writing and fashion collided into something amazing. Now as a college student, I realize that my journey in fashion is just beginning. I am so excited to begin sharing my style and amazing trends on CollegeFashionista.
