Hi, all! My name is Allison and I’m a freshman at Michigan State University. I am double majoring in journalism and social relations and policy as a student at James Madison College, Michigan State’s School of Public Affairs. Though I don’t plan on pursuing a career in fashion, I’ve been absolutely obsessed since I was little. From giving my Barbie’s makeovers to telling my mom I was going to become a famous fashion designer, I’ve always loved fashion.
In terms of my personal style, I would say I’m a little all over the place. I’m a big fan of Urban Outfitters, Free People, NASTY GAL and Topshop. I pride myself in being able to dig through the crazy neon mess at Forever 21 and find something great like this sweater (insert heart eyes emoji here). I’m obsessed with turtlenecks especially paired with my go-to booties.
Though I live in a small town, I’m enchanted with the big city and can’t imagine myself ending up anywhere else. I love going to Chicago or New York and making a trip to my city fave, Zara (alternately known as a pilgrimage to mecca).
Outside of class, I love reading blogs, tracking down the best coffee around and hanging out with my wonderful friends. I’m a lover of life, soy lattes, netflix binges, warm weather and a new adventure.
