With Savannah’s weather being nowhere near normal and the afternoons beginning to feel like summer, getting dressed each morning can become a daunting task. This Fashionista has found the perfect combination. Sporting a tank under a girly muscle shirt and bright purple leggings she is already for those warm afternoons. Let’s not forget the mornings can  be a tad chilly. She has finished her look with white leg warmers and tan moccasins. She says she likes to be comfortable, cute and, most importantly, different: “In my opinion, blending is the last thing anyone should want to do, we are at an art school we were born different.”

Recreating this look can be very fun and easy with a DIY project. First you must find a tank that either matches the muscle tank on top, is a complementary color, or brightens up your skin tone. Tanks can be found just about anywhere — here is an option affordable enough to buy many options. Leggings are also in popular demand: in the winter months, try a thicker version like these. Now for the fun part! Take your favorite oversized tee and begin cutting right beside the seam on the sleeve all the way down to the waist, continue cutting all the way back to where you started, thus creating the perfect muscle tee. Leg warmers can be found anywhere from your mother’s closet to these at American Apparel. Finish the look with any type of moccasin or your favorite combat boot.
