STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Springing Out of Winter!

When you think about it dressing for the spring, it is quite tricky, especially when you live in Ohio. You’ll never know if it is going to be raining, snowing, humid or chilly. Therefore, trying to dress accordingly to the weather can sometimes feel to be a waste of time and effort.

However, a true Fashionista does not let the crazy spring weather kill her attitude, or style. This Fashionista checked this altering pre-spring weather by keeping it neutral and casual. Although it may feel like spring, winter’s gloom continues to linger. So, pulling out those vibrant yellows, greens and pinks may not be ideal, as it is not officially spring yet! But, dressing in neutral hues and shades, while reducing layers is still a great way to enjoy Ohio’s pre-spring weather.

For example, this Fashionista is sticking to basic colors like black, beige, brown and blue, as the spring season needs a little bit more time to bloom. However, to enjoy the change in weather, she is wearing a lightweight puffer vest, cuffed denim pants and a knitted sweater. Then, she finishes her look with a pair of tortoise shell Ray-Ban sunglasses and canvas sneakers by Sperry Top-Siders. This outfit combination allows her to capture the breeze, while still feeling snug. In addition to her neutral and casual look, this Fashionista is rocking a vibrant attitude to defeat the gloomy pre-spring vibes.
