STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Ordinary Outfitter

July 13th, 2016 at 2:10am

Have you ever overcomplicated the outfit search while browsing through your closet before going out for the weekend? You try everything on and when you finally settle your best friend snaps you a pic of what she/he is wearing and you simplify everything right before you walk out the door. These days the trend is to keep it basic and stylish from the start which will save you a lot of time.

I had the pleasure of capturing this Fashionista’s look while exploring the colorful art walls of Orlando, Florida. White tops with denim bottoms are the go-to’s for a casual and fashionable summer. The Birkenstocks nail the look with a beach vibe that makes it easy to kick of your shoes and run barefoot through the sand. You can make it more adventurous and outdoorsy by swapping them out for some white adidas sneakers or Converse. The best part about this comfy, casual style is that you could wear it all over again the next day, subtracting and adding a few different accessories and nobody would ever know you have worn it before. It’s easy on the eyes and makes you not only love the look, but also love the colorful life that surrounds the look.

No need to spend hours preparing for a chill day out in the sun when keeping it plain is just as rad. Natural, simple and effortless… perfection! Oh, and don’t forget to keep the shades on—it can get really bright these summer days!

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: “When putting an outfit together, comfort is my first thought. I try to keep it simple with good vibes and leave the complicated part to the accessories. That is the make or break.”
