March 3rd, 2015 at 2:00am

The sun is shining here in beautiful Eugene, Oregon and it is time for all of the Fashionistas/os to get out there and take advantage of this beautiful weather before winter comes back around with a vengeance. With spring collections just beginning to hit the stores, it is time for action and time to grab those essential spring necessities before everyone else does. It’s never too early to get a head start.

Every time I feel the sun beating down on me and I want a relaxing yet stylish outfit, a colorful kimono is my go to attire, just like this Fashionista did. It’s crucial that Fashionista/os make sure that the outfit all ties perfectly together, completing the outfit is critical. This Fashionista looked great, dressed impeccable from head to toe giving off a bohemian vibe.

The trend on kimonos has yet to die, and new lines are coming out all the time, many with new creative and unique looks. These creative designs are driving increased demand in the market, giving the customer an assortment of options. Kimonos are a fun way to add some pattern to the mix as they come in a variety of designs and in some cases fringe is added to the mix. Kimonos can be very colorful, so it is important to consider that when putting together the rest of your ensemble.

This Fashionista’s outfit is centered around her kimono that she wore over a white bohemian Free People tank top, which is a perfect staple piece that doesn’t take a way from the kimono. It is important not to overlook accessories and this Fashionista knows that! She adds a black floppy hat to top off her whole outfit: a cute stylish way to block those sunrays. She also added simple but unique gold jewelry to add some sparkle. To make her outfit casual, she grabs her favorite pair of denim skinny jeans and a perfectly stylish pair of Steve Madden chestnut platform booties.
