Style Advice of The Week: Graphic Tease

Comfort is key to beating the heat and nothing feels better on the skin than a comfy, cotton T-shirt. There is something so chic about a loose-fit T-shirt even when it’s paired with a simple pair of jeans. But comfort doesn’t have to be casual; it doesn’t even have to be as simple as the classic plain, white T-shirt. Today’s graphic T-shirt have changed the fashion game making everything stylish from celebrities’ faces (i.e. the Marilyn Monroe fad) to drawings of fruit (pineapples anyone?).

This Fashionista is sporting an adorable quote printed T-shirt along with a dressier ensemble. The mixture of casual garments, like the graphic T-shirt, with more dressed up pieces, like her floral skirt, gives her look a very quirky, original vibe. Keeping her silhouette equally as feminine, she tucks her shirt into her skirt, really defining her waist.

Much like her outfit, this Fashionista rocks a very on trend haircut. We all know that Ruby Rose and side shaves are having a moment. Though I may not ever be bold enough to chop my locks, I envy and applaud those who are. Because of her daring ‘do, this Fashionista’s awesome accessories really stand out, like her adorable, anchor ear cuff. Notice how her floral shades match her skirt! The Fashionista finishes off her chic outfit with a pair of cut-out oxfords.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “When buying T-shirts, I mostly buy quotes. Most of them are just things that remind me of myself, that I’m attracted to. So, when I wear them, I love making the saying match the look of my outfit. Like, this shirt says, ‘girls love boys who bring them flowers,’ so I always wear floral with it. I have one that says, ‘I just really don’t care at all,’ and I usually don’t match when I wear it. It’s a fun little game.”
