In most sports, the teams go over the play before starting a game. In the world of style, a Fashionista/o will go over his or her outfit before heading to class. This Fashionista taught us a stylish strategy that will make every outfit a winner—match. Today it was the shoes and the skirt that matched. On other days, this trendy student will match a great hat with a très beau (that’s French for beautiful) bag. Designers such as Ruffian and Suzanne Rae have recently launched outfits full of matching apparel. Although I am totally down to wear a matching jumpsuit in the comfort of my own home, I like that this Fashionista saves the matching for the accessories.
Her ruby red flats are from Love Culture and were only ten bucks. Let me repeat that in case you did not grasp the gravity of this deal—these adorable red velvet flats were ten dollars! Love Culture is about to get a whole lot of traffic. She matches the flats with a cute corduroy skirt. American Apparel carries circle skirts in a variety of colors so it’s easy to match one with any accessory you desire. Lined with Sherpa, the denim jacket is also from American Apparel. Peeping out of the jacket is a sweater from Forever 21. When trying to hunt down the sweater online, I stumbled upon this sensational Sparkle Power Popcorn sweatshirt. Forever 21 is full of the most adorable clothing for the best prices. It seems that dreams do come true after all.
Before signing off, we must direct our attention to the hat. The Fashionista purchased her beanie in Japan. Luckily the brand OBEY is the mecca of beanies. This red, snug hat would go great with her outfit. Get inspired from my latest collection on eBay.
