The spring semester is coming to a close and students at the University of Mississippi are preparing for finals week. This past weekend, however, was the last weekend in Oxford for many of us and it was spent by soaking up the gorgeous weather and reminiscing on the memories made over the past year.
This Fashionista was spotted in the legendary Grove rocking a trendy spring outfit. This outfit is perfect for the sunny Mississippi days. It also is a great look for summer. The Fashionista is wearing a floral tank top, jean shorts, slip-on sneaker shoes and sunglasses. She admitted that she loves to wear this outfit while running errands or having lunch with her parents. She also said this outfit is her go-to spring look.
Spring fashion can be interpreted a variety of ways. Some Fashionistas bring their vibrant colors out of the closet while others still wear their fall favorites. This Fashionista went the traditional route for her spring look and is wearing floral. Floral is the perfect pattern to rock during the spring season because it coincides with what is happening with the weather. Flowers begin to bloom and the sun shines. Florals also can be worn in numerous ways. This Fashionista is wearing a fun, colorful top but this print can also be found in pants, skirts, and even shoes.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “For spring style, I like to throw on a light printed tank that go well with any bottoms. To complete the look I like throwing on some slip-on tennis shoes. These shoes make the outfit casual and fun.”
