STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Fabulous In Floral

Summer is winding down and the days are getting cooler, but that doesn’t mean that it’s time to put our favorite dresses away. I love wearing dresses all year-round. The longer I can go without having to wear tights and a winter coat with my dress, the better! With the colder weather quickly approaching, it gets harder and harder to crawl out of bed for those morning classes. We find ourselves hitting the snooze button one too many times and, before we know it, we have to be in class in 15 minutes.

The good thing about wearing a lightweight dress is the easiness of it. I don’t think everybody realizes how much easier it is to quickly put on a dress in the morning; it’s a lot easier than picking out a shirt and a pair of pants. This style of dress is great for class because it is comfortable and your outfit is instantly pulled together. Is there anything better than looking like you put 110 percent into your outfit in a mere 15 minutes?

This Fashionista is wearing a lightweight floral print dress from the store Atlar’d State. To accessorize, she paired her dress with simple cognac heels, a gold necklace and a gold bracelet. This look is dressier than an average jeans and T-shirt ensemble, but it is definitely casual enough for class.

This is also the time of year when apple cider, fall fashion and pumpkin spice start to fill our thoughts. A lot of us are in such a hurry to breakout all of our new fall clothes; unfortunately, it is still a little too warm to bundle up in our favorite sweater. This Fashionista’s look is the perfect way to transition outfits from summer to fall! The floral print and colors brighten up the look while the long sleeves make this dress wearable for fall. This dress is great to wear when it is still warm outside, but you won’t be too cold in it once the seasons change.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Casual dresses are a great item to have in your wardrobe. They’re easy to throw on in the morning and you look put together all day!”
