Denim always has and always will be a huge staple in everyones wardrobe but what happens when you create a whole outfit with it? The answer is magic. This spring and summer one of the biggest trends has been denim and this Fashionisto did a great job of executing it.
When I think of the denim trend it is easy to jump to a country look such as Luke Bryan or Jason Aldean which I think is okay but, I love a classic and more preppy take on the look. This fashionisto did just that by adding a cream cardigan to really pull the look together. He also did a great job when choosing the color of denim. The dark wash gives a very sophisticated feel while also making a bold statement.
He also flawlessly matched the wash of the shirt with the pants which created a seamless line of color throughout the ensemble. Then, I have to mention those amazing oxford shoes! The color of the leather is absolutely beautiful. It’s such a rich brown that draws your attention in the perfect way. He also had some great purple argyle socks peeking out between the top of the shoe and the cuff of his pants. For this Fashionisto, sunglasses were a very important part of his look. I couldn’t help but agree that the black wayfarer Ray-Bans really did tie everything together.
