The weather here in Virginia keeps changing and it is getting hotter and hotter by the day. As college students, sometimes we just want to throw on something quick and simple before we head out the door. One trend that seems to stay around in the summertime is polos shirts. Polos are classic and they will not go out of style anytime soon. When thinking of this trend, I think of a classic staple that everyone should have in his or her closet. This style has been seen on many different celebrities like rapper/fashion designer Kanye West use to rock this look in the beginning of his career.
I spotted this Fashionisto around campus looking calm and casual in this hot weather. He paired his blue polo shirt with some acid wash shorts and white sneakers. This look is a mixture of preppy and urban and polo shirts are a must-have for this Fashionisto. I ask this Fashionisto why does he prefer to wear polos instead of other shirts and he responded by saying “Polos can make any outfit look stylish.” It is a clean and fresh look, which is perfect for the summer and this Fashionisto believes in keeping his look simple and casual for the summertime. You can put this look together in literally two minutes and still look effortless.
