One doesn’t always have to be wearing a flashy pattern, dripping in couture or a name brand shirt to be in style. In fact, this normally isn’t the case, especially with college students who are working on paying off their education. Sure having nice pieces that are recognizable is a fun way of rewarding yourself, but there are easy ways to dress for less and be the most stylish on the street.
Typically, a good outfit takes putting a few key pieces together even if they are basics. Every Fashionista most likely has a pair of jean shorts and a button-up in her closet, It is just a matter of knowing to pair them together to get relaxed and stylish look. Seeing this Fashionista at the beach was a great reminder that is it super easy to create a fashionable yet casual and comfortable look without spending your entire week’s paycheck! Though those brand names are tempting, staying within your budget is easy if you know where to go. Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls and T.J. Maxx are some of my secret weapons I use when I’m feeling the need to change up my wardrobe, but I don’t want to drop too much money.
This smiling Fashionista was as cute as a button and her outfit was complete with the proper pairing of accessories and shoes. She was at the beach for the day and she was dressed comfortably yet adorably. I don’t think jean shorts will ever be overrated, but this Fashionista took the classy route with pairing them with a pure white button-up that she wore untucked. If she was going for a more preppy look, she would have tucked in the tails, but the boardwalk was the perfect place for her outfit choice. She carried a leather bag with a few details, and wore sandals with a nude detail that completed her simple look!
