This has to be my favorite look of the semester so far. I love the classic light wash denim jacket, the mauve bohemian dress, and the over-the-knee boots which add a chic element to the overall look. This fun and flirty look is perfect for a fun brunch or a girl’s night out.
I have mentioned in a couple articles now about how much I love bringing classic elements into everyday dress. This Levi’s jacket is the perfect example of that. A denim jacket is such a staple piece that everyone should have in their wardrobe. It’s the perfect addition to any outfit and still maintains the overall vibe of the look, like this Fashionista.
This Fashionista also incorporated a couple of trendy pieces into her look. I am obsessed with her black suede over-the-knee boots! To me, the shoes are what bring the whole outfit together and make it a bold look while maintaining the bohemian vibe. The whole look would be completely different if she had a pair of lace-up sandals on. These boots are a still huge trend and look great with flirty dresses like this bohemian one during the summertime. This Fashionista also sported a classic black suede choker. This completely tied the look together with the suede boots. Last, but not least are her simple hoop earrings. I don’t know if anyone else has started to notice, but hoop earrings are making a huge comeback. I think I can live with that. These earrings are simple but still fun and flirty.
This look is trendy, fun, flirty, and effortlessly chic. This outfit is so versatile and perfect for the warmer months to come. Like I mentioned earlier about the shoes, if you trade the boots for lace-up sandals you can get the perfect music festival look for this summer!
