Six Ways to Make the Most of Your Sandals Before It’s Too Late

By now, we’re all well aware that summer days spent sitting by the pool and taking weekend road trips are over, and 8 a.m. classes and all-nighters are back in session. While we could sit around and sulk about the draining days to come, a better idea is taking advantage of all the warm and sunny days we do have before those have ditched us too. What’s the best way to do that? Wear out your favorite summer styles while you still can this fall. For us Fashionistas/os, that means refusing to wear anything closed-toed until absolutely necessary because we all know that soon enough, boots will be our only choice.

This summer’s selection of sandals was more unique than any other I’ve ever seen. Styles were everywhere from block heels to platforms to espadrilles. They were by far the staple of summer style, so although school is back in session, I for one refuse to give up my favorite summer sandals until I absolutely have to. If you’re still not convinced, take a look at these Fashionistas who feel the same way.
