ALL ABOUT BEAUTY: Bright Blonde

All About Beauty

Up until the age of eighteen, I was determined to be a blonde. Regular highlights let me believe that I had a chance. There is something undeniably alluring about being blonde. Though my blonde days have long past, this Fashionista makes me have a bit of blonde envy.

Understandably, bright blonde is traditionally a trademark of summer. It seems many of us will never be able to shake the beach blonde stereotype we have forever had engraved in our minds. But lately, it has been proven that bold blonde can be a fall trend too. From stunning golds to radiant champagnes, blonde hair can be illuminating, fun and decidedly different. If you are brunette, think about adding a touch of blond. Or even if you are already blonde, going a bit blonder can help illuminate your skin and enhance your eyes for a striking effect, even if you are makeup-free.

But finding the perfect shade of blonde is all about a balance. For fair complexions, try a cool, paler blonde. Shades like platinum and buttery blonde will keep your skin looking bright without washing you out. For warmer skin tones, two-tone caramels and layers of honey blonde will look sparkle but still look natural.

Take note of this Fashionista who dons a champagne blonde.  She balances the bright blonde perfectly by pairing it with a shrimp pink scarf and laid back fall look. Your blonde look doesn’t have to be reserved for summer. This Fashionista leaves me contemplating if it might be time to revisit my blonde days.
