Caitlin Polcaro: I am wearing a romper; it is high-waisted black shorts with a lace top and a black bow. I got it from Forever 21. I am wearing black tights, the shoes are from Kohls and the bag is Steve Madden, which I believe I got from Marshalls or Ross.
CF: Are those the stores you normally like to shop at to get good deals?
CP: Yeah, I am cheap. The romper was $25, the shoes were $20.
CF: What item of clothing do you normally like to save the most on?
CP: I have rules, like I won’t spend more than $12 on a top, dresses are around $25 and bags are like $50. Shoes are like $20; I’m really cheap!
