I’m Olivia and, simply put, I’m passionate about pretty clothes and pretty places. I’m currently living out a dream and studying abroad at University College Utrecht in The Netherlands. I am loving every glorious second of living abroad amongst new people and different styles. This will be my second semester interning for CollegeFashionista and I am thrilled.
Although it may be cliché to be a girl who loves clothes, I believe it takes a specific kind of a girl to be able to notice and respect the finer details of someone else’s wardrobe. A girl who enjoys getting dressed in the morning. A girl who appreciates rather than questions Carrie Bradshaw’s sense of style in Sex and the City. A girl who can lust over a killer vintage find just as much as a wickedly expensive pair of stilettos. I am that person. It might not make sense to everyone, but it makes me tick and, more importantly, it makes me happy.
For a while now I’ve been channeling my appreciation for fashion by working in retail, religiously reading blogs and running a personal style blog of my own. I am continuously inspired by the fashion of those around me. I have loved documenting campus style for CollegeFashionista while abroad; the inspiration is endless!
As well as being inspired by those around me, I find inspiration in different cultures, languages and cities. For these reasons and many more, combining my love for fashion and my passion for new places by contributing to CollegeFashionista is something I truly enjoy.
