Sometimes simple is the way to go, especially in men’s fashion. College Fashionista:Do you feel pressure to pay more attention to what you're wearing in Europe as opposed to in the United States?
Derek de Boer: I don’t necessarily feel pressured. However, I have noticed that European men do tend to be more fashion aware.
CF: What is the most worn item in your closet?
DDB: Nothing too special. I’d have to say that it’s my University of Connecticut trackies.
CF: What is one fashion trend for guys that you just don't understand?
DDB: Scarves. I guess the trend never made it to America.
CF: What is one item of clothing you wish you had brought to Holland but didn't?
DDB: In general, I guess just warmer clothes would be nice. It can get quite cold here, especially when it rains.
