Kadesha Holder: I have on a light-weight top from Trinidad, jeans from Forever 21, boots from Eternity Fashions and my necklace is from Egypt!
CF: What inspires your fashion?
KH: My country inspires me a lot. Seeing that I am from the Caribbean, I tend to wear a lot of earth tones and blues. These colors remind me of the beautiful beaches and sand back home.
CF: Who are you style icons?
KH: Rihanna and Kourtney Kardashian.
CF: How would you describe your fashion?
KH: I would describe my fashion as very Afrocentric and ethnic. I have a strong love for tribal prints and earth tones; for example, burnt orange and rustic browns.
CF: What makes you stand out in the crowd?
KH: I think my confidence makes me stand out in a crowd and also my individuality seeing that I dress to match my personality.
CF: Any tips for fellow Fashionistas?
KH: Ladies, always stay true to yourself and dress to please you. It’s amazing when you express yourself through your dressing.
