WHAT TO WEAR: Greek Life

What to Wear

You know it is wintertime when your staple items are boots and a parka. This Fashionista establishes that even though its cold, looking good is always an option. Why not throw in your sorority spirit while you are at it?

Throughout the unpredictable seasons in East Lansing, Michigan, style tends to go from a colorful, hot summer to boring, dark (not to mention cold) winter in a matter of days.

But who wants to get dressed up to trudge around campus all day? Although this Fashionista is looking comfortable and cozy, she also put some effort into making sure she represented her Delta Gamma letters well.

It is as cold as it will hopefully get, but this Fashionista makes this coat her staple piece. Even though parkas can be bunchy and plain, pair it with some boots and a scarf to make you not only warm, but also a little more put together.

As you are putting on your warm winter outfit, why not go the extra mile and put on a cute pair of socks to show over your boots? As silly as it may sound, it gives your outfit a random pop of color — and why not have some happy feet with a cool pattern on them?

One Simple Change: Instead of wearing a scarf that neutrally matches the rest of the colors you are wearing, choose one with a fun pattern or a brighter color. Not only will it give you some color but also it will make spring seem that much closer.
