Lately it has been incredibly cold, so that means it is time to pull out all of your winter gear including your heavier coats and sweaters. The fall is one of my favorite seasons because it is when you can begin to layer pieces of clothing. Layering has no rules and no boundaries making it even more exciting.
When I saw The Metro Man on campus – I totally fell in love with his leather jacket from Zara that he purchased while studying abroad in Europe. The fur trim at the collar and the patch detail on the arm was definitely CollegeFashionista worthy. He keeps it classic with a Gucci turtleneck, which you get here, or for a more budget friendly price, here. By mixing a dark shade of brown with a well-tailored pair of vibrant blue pants he makes his ensemble pop. And speaking of a perfectly tailored pair of pants, you can check out Born to Tailor Pants to grab a custom pair for yourself.
Anyway, no one used to wear sneakers and it was something one wore strictly to go to the gym, but it’s hitting street style fast. Sneakers are not only comfortable and practical, but also stylish and chic. Everyone needs a break from their not so comfortable shoes. Look for the right pair for you
And finally, something that can totally complete any outfit is by adding accessories. Accessorize, accessorize, accessorize! By adding a tough nail bracelet with a custom monogram and a great pair of shades from Electric Visual you’ll be good to hit the streets.
Hint: Follow this guy and his fashion – you’ll be inspired. I promise.
