Spring in now in full bloom. The weather is changing and those once sad-looking winter trees are starting to look bright and lively again with an assortment of growing flowers. With changing weather comes fashion inspiration, and we all love the go-to spring inspiration; floral print. So often, floral designs are seen in women’s fashion, but fellows, you’re no longer left out. Now designers are incorporating the spring fave into men’s fashion, creating a unique style for guys.
This Fashionisto chose a vibrant gray, red and green sweatshirt from 10 Deep, putting his floral style on full display. 10 Deep is known for its creative designs, so not only is this Fashionisto probably one of few males on campus rocking floral right now, but he’s most likely the only one with this cool crew too. He put the colorful top together with a pair of basic khaki pants. Going with a simple pant makes it easier to add more splashes of color as he did with a pair of bright red Vans sneakers. The sneakers add edge to his look, along with his camouflage backpack. This backpack may be apart of his everyday look, but there’s no denying that it’s stylish. The contrast between the floral and camouflage prints work.
The Fashionisto kept his accessories for this lively look to a minimum with a pair of sunglasses and a simple gold watch, keeping the focus on the sweatshirt and shoes.
Hint: Springtime in Texas could mean any type of weather, so if it’s too hot for a sweatshirt, try the floral trend with a short sleeve button-down like this one from Urban Outfitters.
