The leather jacket has stayed on trend since the 1980s, and is still going strong. Being known for the last few decades as the essential item for any rebellious Fashionisto, the leather trend has evolved in a new light. Men are wearing this item not to wreak havoc in the streets at night, but rather as a fashion statement. There are many ways to sport this essential item of clothing from the original punk style to the softer hipster-esque approach.
From afar, I spotted this Fashionisto sporting tons of leather goods in a more delicate and casual way. What captured my attention was how he flawlessly incorporated all of these different leather elements. My favorite piece is definitely his bulky caramel colored bomber jacket. I like how this jacket had a vintage feel to it. Underneath his jacket, he wore a navy blue button-up with a pair of faded gray denim skinny jeans.
To complete the look he chose a few stylish accessories. For instance, on his neck, he wore a black scarf to keep warm during this cold day in Davis. Going to his hands he had on a two small bracelets and a classic brown leather-strap watch that added a sophisticated touch to his outfit. On his feet, he wore a pair of dark brown leather oxfords, and carried a canvas utility backpack.
