I obsessed over Dolce&Gabbana’s recent women’s Haute Couture collections. The designers went for two of my favorite colors, cardinal red at the fall 2013 show and royal gold at the spring 2014 show. The dandy dresses and delicate, ornate pieces make me crazy! I also impressed that Stefano Gabbana, one of the house’s designers, said, “Sometimes, it’s good to be like a Christmas tree.”
Apparently, he was talking about the stunning women’s collections. But as a men’s fashion blogger, I asked myself, “Is this an excellent style tip for fellow Fashionitos as well?” After a while, I got my question answered when I saw this Fashionisto. The answer is: absolutely yes.
His vintage multicolored scarf totally makes his outfits. Topped off with a bright red beanie, he successfully applied the dressing tip from ‘Christmas tree’ models at Dolce&Gabbana runway.
Popped-out colors ace your look in crispy winter days. It’s like an energizer in the still-bone-chilling cold spring semester, making us look forward to the floral print days ahead. This Fashionisto even leveled up his gear with an exotic touch. The thin golden chain pattern in his scarf offers him an old European royal vibe. The slight worn-out sign enriches the supreme silk texture. Moving down to his sweatshirt, the abstract pattern with one-of-a-kind colors anchors the Fashionisto’s overall mix-and-match look.
