The fashion world isn't fair to the Fashionistos. Us Fashionistas have so many options when putting together our daily looks: Skirt or jeans? Heels or flats? Statement necklace or oversized watch? Lace or leather? You get the point. Fashionistos, however, don't get those options. Pants or… other pants? Not the same.
It is especially limiting for Fashionistos when it comes to accessorizing. Sure, they can sport a simple chain necklace, a great watch, nice shoes or a messenger bag, but after that what else is there?
That's why this Fashionisto caught my eye with his unique, and quite frankly adorable, belt buckle. The closet nerd in me instantly recognizes the Bullet Bill from the Mario video game series, and the Fashionista in me loves his approach to subtle styling. Paired with a simple pair of jeans and a sharp teal polo, his look is simple and classic yet adds the perfect touch of whimsical flair.
This Fashionisto tells me that he actually only owns one belt, but has many different belt buckles, including a Star Wars one. Changing out your belt buckle for your daily look is an easy way to add a unique touch to any outfit.
Fashionistos, there is no reason to feel limited or left out. Accessorizing in fun and unique ways is for you, too — just belt it.
