Visual Country is a creative video production agency based in the Lower East Side of New York City. We’re looking for motivated interns to join us for the Summer 2017 semester. You’ll work closely with, and under the supervision of, our accounts team, gain an understanding of both “in-house” and agency work, contribute to and improve professional creative skills and experience a fast-growing start-up culture in a creative loft office space. Applicants must commit to at least 2-3 full days per week in our New York office. This is an unpaid internship for school credit only.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Accounts team with day-to-day tasks
Collecting data and preparing case studies from previous campaigns
Assist with decks and collateral for prospective clients
Conduct market research on current and potential clients
Assist the team with compiling campaign Wrap Reports
Assist with campaign production including timelines and scheduling
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in college
Flexible and self-starting with a good attitude
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once
Excellent time management skills
Problem solving and independent decision-making skills
Preferably an advertising, marketing, communications major but not required
Proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign
Ability to get school credit
