Roberta Roller Rabbit is looking for an E-Commerce Merchandise Coordinator to join us ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Sort products in their respective categories and lead promotions
- Analyze the best and worst performing categories and make adjustments to maximize performance
- Work with the Buying and Marketing departments on monitoring performance weekly, monthly, and seasonally
- Reconcile corporate inventory with online posting timing
- Leverage marketing and merchandising opportunities
- Maintain and QA web data to ensure quality images, copy, product information, etc.
- Manage E-commerce Customer Service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years online merchandising experience
- Overall general knowledge of fashion
- Great problem solving and independent decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business reports
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills as well as general knowledge of Microsoft office
- Working knowledge of Magento
- Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
- Highly organized
